How to treat/fix skeletal class II

[6’3 MTN Cutecel]

I went for an invisalign consultation and they sent me a document after saying i have skeletal class II, increased lower face height, facial assymetry from the chin to right side and a few other things

Would invisalign be a waste of money in my case? Or what is the best option for fixing these issues.
