if you are in uni or need to go to a special doctor who makes sure you are actually sick bc you stayed home so many times
i have a technique to make him easily give you the sick note even if he is normally suspicious

simply use a furosemide tablet in the morning claim you have been throwing up and diarrhea
the dehydration is a clear sign that you're telling the truth and he will for certain give you the sick note
you can also sleep only 4 hours the night before to get more pronounced under eyes

I know most of the times they give it easily but in some situations they are more critical

there are some in my country who are checking if you're actually sick after you did it too many times but sure you're right 99% of the time
