How does one do it?

Give everyone weed, nicotine and other items so they get addicted and lazy and spend all their money on it and get poor?

Give everyone white powder so they go crazy and end each other and worsen the environment?

Put dog raccoon and cat food everywhere?

Graffiti everywhere?

Throw garbage everywhere?

Fire? Blast loud music from car? Destruction? What should one destroy?
