like uhhhhhh
mellt it
idk brah!
count this as a bump :feelshah:

Reconsitute with saline, needs to be 0.9% NaCl. Use a peptide calculator to calculate dosage, so you know how many Ml's to put in, or just use math

I've read that distilled water at 40 degrees celsius is enough and that you just put it in and shake the bottle gently.

It's enough in the sense that you can do it, i'd personally use saline for more drug stability and reduced oxidation so it lasts longer, but in practice there's probably not a big difference.

1. Materials Needed

Glutathione powder (reduced L-glutathione, pharmaceutical-grade)
Sterile water for injection (SWFI) or normal saline (0.9% NaCl)
Syringe (5ml or 10ml, depending on dose)
Needles:

  • 18-21G for drawing the solution
  • 23-25G for IM injection
  • Butterfly needle (23-25G) for IV injection
    Alcohol wipes & sterile gloves
Sharps container (for safe needle disposal)

2. Preparing the Glutathione Injection

1️⃣ Sanitize your hands & workspace 🧼

  • Use 70% alcohol to wipe surfaces.
  • Wear sterile gloves.

2️⃣ Reconstituting the Glutathione Powder 🧪

  • Check the vial’s glutathione concentration (e.g., 600mg, 1200mg, or 1500mg per vial).
  • Use a sterile syringe to draw 5ml of sterile water or saline.
  • Slowly inject it into the glutathione vial (do not shake, just roll gently).
  • Let the powder fully dissolve.

3️⃣ Drawing the Solution 💉

  • Use a large-gauge needle (18-21G) to withdraw the solution.
  • If IM injection, draw 2-4ml depending on your dose.
  • If IV push, use a 10ml syringe for dilution with additional saline (5-10ml total volume recommended for IV push).

isnt it a serum? wdym intramuscular injection, i thought its serum

you said to inject no?
idk normally its a serum or oral or something like that

in that case it should be this

1. Water-Soluble Glutathione Solution (Basic Method)

🔹 What you need:

  • Glutathione powder (reduced L-glutathione)
  • Distilled water (or sterile saline)
  • Airtight amber bottle (to prevent oxidation)
  • Measuring spoon or scale

🔹 How to prepare:

  1. Measure the glutathione powder (e.g., 1g if making a small batch).
  2. Dissolve in distilled water (e.g., 10–20ml depending on desired concentration).
  3. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  4. Store in the fridge (use within a few days to prevent degradation).

🔹 Best for: Short-term liquid glutathione solution (for skin application or mixing into drinks).

2. Liposomal Glutathione (More Stable & Absorbable for Oral Use)

🔹 What you need:

  • Glutathione powder (reduced form)
  • Distilled water
  • Liquid sunflower lecithin (acts as an emulsifier)
  • Ultrasonic cleaner (for better absorption)

🔹 How to make it:

  1. Mix 1g glutathione powder with 10ml distilled water.
  2. In a separate container, mix 3g liquid lecithin with 10ml water.
  3. Combine both solutions and blend well.
  4. Use an ultrasonic cleaner for 30 minutes to create liposomal encapsulation.
  5. Store in the fridge and shake before use.

🔹 Best for: Better oral absorption, since liposomal glutathione bypasses digestion.

i want serum

Oral glutathione has very low bioavailability

Ingredients:

Glutathione powder (reduced L-glutathione) – 1g (1000mg)
Distilled water – 10ml (as a base solvent)
Glycerin (optional, for hydration) – 2ml
Vitamin C powder (L-ascorbic acid, optional) – 500mg (to boost effectiveness)
Hyaluronic acid (optional, for extra moisture) – 0.5g
Preservative (optional, like phenoxyethanol or leucidal liquid) – 1% of total volume
pH-adjusting solution (sodium bicarbonate or citric acid, as needed)

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Dissolve the glutathione powder in distilled water (stir gently until fully dissolved).
2️⃣ If using Vitamin C, dissolve it separately in a small amount of water, then mix with glutathione.
3️⃣ Add glycerin (for hydration) and hyaluronic acid (if included).
4️⃣ Check the pH (optimal pH = 4.5-5.5 to prevent irritation and maintain stability).

  • Use citric acid to lower pH if needed.
  • Use sodium bicarbonate to raise pH if too acidic.
5️⃣ Add a preservative if storing long-term (without it, use within 7 days).
6️⃣ Pour into a dark glass bottle (to prevent oxidation).
7️⃣ Store in the fridge (lasts 1-2 weeks without preservatives).

I'll look into libosamal glutathione as I can't source raw glutathione powder

You got any idea on liposamal glutathione absorbtion rate brah? How well is the bioavailability? Does it compare to injection?

injecting glutathione instead of just using eye drops we know its not for your eyes buddy
you have to make sure your glutathione powder is sterile

What the fuck are glutathione eyedrops

And why does it have to be sterile

injections act way more fast and have way more bioavailability, ig you want to take the libosamal glutathione orally cuz normally topically you need the normal glutathione, orally it will just be slower effects, but better for the long term, while injections are more for faster effects in short time
