well if it is for breathing purposes definitely consult first, for aesthetics you’d have to mesure your face and see if you need it mark solution and rep

i have no bite issues just a recessed upper maxilla,
lefort 2 + bsso + genio would be enough? i dont think lf1 does anything except for bite and ccw rotation
