Ive been neeting for 4 years now

And honestly it’s tuff,
Nothing to do is shit, and no energy to do achieve anything

Start with a small change that gets u outside like walking everyday and do test. I hate recommending it so much bcause it sounds like dumb roidcel advice but it gives u extra energy/resilience and thts wht allot of this forum needs. Dont need high doses just 300mg or so should do it.

Start somewhere small. Maybe go see a therapist if that's an option. Be more social. Maybe get a job. Just focus on specifics as opposed to the unenviable task of fixing your entire life. If you view it along those lines, you'll just be overwhelming yourself.

Forget about that u cn improve ur ability to talk to women and dnt classify urself as 'autistic' allot of ppl who do it nowadays arent autistic and just lack social skills frorm spending too much time online. I recommend the test because u lack motivation and energy and it can give u both of those. But start with walking and aiming for 10k steps a day (maybe less at first if u have rly been rotting super hard). Then go to the gym and find any work u can at first (but preferably in a job where u will be around allot of people).

Allot of the time the motivation doesnt rly start/kick in until u take the first step/steps and start moving. U wont find motivation sitting in ur room and scrolling social media/watching porn.

Dnt listen to the bluepill above me this forum is full of them now. Low dose will have basically no health repercussions, improve the way u look with the working out and improve ur drive/confidence. Just don't block estrogen unless needed (talking if u get gyno) and if u see any signs of hair loss take fin.

If u are rly against taking test then atleast take the advice I gave above and start moving with small goals at first.
