I woke up today at 15.00 and it is now 5.00 and i have school at 9.00. How do I fix this shit I cant fall asleep nigga. Its probably too late now

Nope! I'm going to try and sleep soon, I suggest you should too. Easier said than done, I know. I woke up at 1:30 PM which was way earlier than 6:30 PM like before. JFL.

I've been trying to get on a regular sleep schedule for 3.5 years now. Nothing has worked. Sorry brah
I fix my sleeping schedule by pulling an all-nighter. Which means I have to stay up for 30+ hours. It works, but only problem is............

I fuck it up within a few days and then it's the same cycle again, pulling an all-nighter, staying up for 30+ hours.

I have done this COUNTLESS times. My brain has become absolutely damaged because of this. It's a fact that a lack of sleep affects the brain. Your cognitive functions are affected (i.e. your memory, it's why I am so forgetful). It also literally shrinks your brain.

Yep, that's right. Our brains are literally SMALLER than that of other people's because we can't sleep.

Have you tried sleeping pills ?
Only ambien but I don't anymore because I fell asleep naked in the middle of jerking off in the living room and i didnt remember any of it :lul:. Luckily i woke up at 3am so none of my family saw me

I got like 2.5 hours of sleep but after a shower and some coffee I feel fine actually. Not even tired really but also not focused
