please be nice this is my first thread and I'm still very much grey, but I think people could

benefit from this info since I see a lot of people asking about peptides and
don't know the first thing about it so here you go. This should
all be considered water for a lot of you but for the people that are unfamiliar with
anything relating to peptides, this is for you. I'll be trying to keep the language simple, so you don't
have to constantly look up words, or I'll be explaining important words to know, I will also keep info
short and sweet. feel free to ask me anything you'd like to know relating to this thread.
what is a peptide?
to be put very, very simply they are short chains of amino acids that command
your bitch ass body to do stuff.
not much needs to be said about this because we don't care about the science
we care about LOOKSMAXXING

what supplies do I need, and why?
-1cc 100u 29g 1/2" insulin syringe-
-1cc is referring to the volume of liquid that can be held in the syringe, it's just easier for you to use a 1ml (1ml is the same as 1cc) syringe to measure your dose
-29g is referring to the gauge or in other words "girth" of the needle lol, the higher the gauge the smaller the girth of the needle, so a 29g needle is very small but you can really pick whatever gauge you want but i recommend 29g because it is painless and builds up like zero scar tissue pretty much.
-1/2'' is the actual length of the needle, its half an inch which is intended for subcutaneous injections which is perfect because peptides work best in the subcutaneous layer
-100u is referring to units, 100 units = 1cc which will matter later
-I recommend buying the boxes that have 100+ syringes, so you don't have to get a refill for a while, but it really doesn't matter, just figure out your goal and determine the number of needles required
Easy Touch Insulin Syringes with Fixed Needle - 5cc or 1cc

-alcohol prep pads made with 70%-90% Isopropyl Alcohol-
-this should be self-explanatory, however if it isn't ill happily explain. we want to keep every aspect of this process as sterile, and clean as possible to prevent any possibility of giving ourselves unwanted illnesses via injecting yourself with filthy disease-ridden supplies
-we will use these prep pads to wipe down everything we use to make sure that we are as safe as possible.
-70%-90% isopropyl alcohol is ideal, because these ranges kill bacteria and diseases, if the alc% is too high surprisingly it won't kill bacteria as efficiently, it needs to be diluted somewhat, and obviously if it's too low it won't be strong enough to kill the bacteria and whatnot too.

Henry Schein Medium, 2-Ply, Sterile Alcohol Prep Pads, 2 Pack (400 Count) - Walmart.com

-Refrigerator
-unfortunately, peptides are very fragile and like cool environments. if peptides are left in a warm environment, or an environment with an inconstant temperature that constantly shifts they will spoil and become useless so it's best to keep them in the refrigerator
-the ideal temp for your peps is 2-8C (36-46F) which is the range of the average refrigerator
-a normal large kitchen refrigerator works best because it has a very constant temperature, while a lot of minifridges constantly shift in their temperature and end up ruining your precious peptides. a mini fridge is fine you should just make sure its high quality to be safe.

Frostbite Mini Fridge Black | Mini Fridges Bottle Coolers - Buy at Barmans

-bacteriostatic water (bac water) 0.9 benzol alcohol
-this is a very vital supply, because without it your peptides are worthless lol, this should be water, but your peptides are sent to you as powder, and YOU turn the peptides into a useable liquid though a process called reconstitution.
-the purpose of bac water is to not only turn your peps into liquid but also to kill bacteria that can develope via stagnate water, meaning you should absolutely NEVER use regular water to pin, because it is EXTEMELY likely you will make yourself sick if you do.

Bacteriostatic Water Injection, Multiple Dose Vial 30 mL | McGuff

-rubbing alcohol 70%-90% rubbing isopropyl alcohol
- you can either wash your hands or just wash your hands in alcohol to sanitize them before beginning your whole procedure, it really doesn't matter as long as you ensure your hands are clean
Equate 91% Isopropyl Alcohol Liquid Antiseptic, 16 fl oz

-sharps container
-you want to keep track of the waste produced to not accidentally poke yourself or someone one else, because that could cause a spread of something gross, especially if you have something like an std or tb or wtv
-all used needles will go here
-you really don't have to go out of your way to buy an actual sharps container, but you should have a dedicated trashcan, cardboard box, container, etc.. just for needles to not accidently poke yourself or poke someone else

Sharps Containers

-your peptide
-duh
how do I reconstitute my peptides
- to start, what is reconstitution? this is the process of turning a Lyophilized (powdered form) peptide into a liquid, now how do we do that in a manner that makes it easy to dose it right for when it is ready to pin, I will tell you

- so, to do this you will need 4 supplies syringes, your bac water, your peptide, and the prep pads. there isn't a specific amount but if you are only reconstituting 1 peptide vial you'll need 1 syringe, 1-2 prep pads, then obviously your pep and bac water.

-now this is the important part, both your bac water & peps will have a lid on top; after washing your hands you will peel both of these off, and then we need to calculate the amount of backwater we want to use

-the amount of bac water doesn't really matter it's just a personal preference, but since assuming your new to this I'll give you an ideal ratio for every 10mg add 1ml (a full syringe) of bac water, if its 5mg add .5ml or 12mg add 1.2ml (1 full syringe + 20u) this makes it really easy to measure for when you are ready to pin because every syringe has the measurement which should say 100u (units) on the syringe 100iu = 1cc = 1ml they all mean the same thing. this means when you pull the syringe to 10iu you get 1mg, which is simple math. the text in this image is irrelevant just look at the numbers on the syringe to familiarize yourself with the measurements .1 milliliter = 10 units, 1 milliliter (full syringe) = 100 units and so on. also here is a peptide calculator if you want to make easy costume measurements or just disagree with my ratio which is fine since it's just a preference.
1767737475984

- so, once you have your peptides and backwater ready, wipe the rubber tops with the prep pads since we don't know the conditions in which they were produced. and wipe done the surface you are using, wipe down everything with the alcohol pads including your nasty ass hands, just be clean guys

-you are starting first with the bac water. you will now first draw back the syringe in the air FIRST to the amount of bac water you want, then you will insert your syringe into the center of the rubber top, force the air into the vial all the way, then proceed to tilt the vial backwards and draw back slowly to your ideal measurement. you have completed your first major step congratulations!!

-this step is incredibly important we are now reconstituting our peptide. of course we will wipe down the rubber top of the peptide, and since the syringe is full of bac water we won't fill it with air. also, most peptide vials are filled with negative pressure, meaning when you insert your needle it into the vial it will automatically start sucking in bac water, so you will NOT FORCE WATER INTO THE VIAL, it will happen on its own. tilt the vial in a horizontal angle so the water doesn't hit the peps directly, this is because peptides are fragile as we know, and this could possibly damage your peps and render them useless (very bad) so just tilt it on its side, so the water hits the glass on the inside instead. boom you have now put water in that vial gng. now our next step is to GENTLY mic the water in with the peps by rolling it in our palms, again no violent movements because peptides are fragile, do this for like 30 seconds, now place your reconstituted peptides in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let is fully mix and maintain its cool temperature

-if you are a visual leaner here is a YouTube video of a beautiful chocolate king explaining this process, although I think my explanations are more in-depth and have better reasoning, but do what you'd like
tides

- you have now reconstituted your peptides and are ready to pin dat shi congrats!!

how and where do you pin
-so, to actually pin you want to inject peptides past the skin (subcutaneous layer), with a 1/2" needle you just poke the needle at a 90* angle and you'll easily be in the subcutaneous layer, although there are specific locations that are best for injections since they minimize risk profile, I will discuss where they are.
Layers-Of-Skin_1024x400.jpg

-these are the best locations but i personally recommend the abdomen area when you are first pinning because it is extremely difficult to fuck it up because of the amount fat that is in this area, it's very difficult to actually inject muscle in this area, unless you are extremely lean. even then that's hardly an issue

Subcutaneous Injection Sites Names

- after sanitizing all of your equipment you want to first know how much you actually want to dose, if its 1mg you draw 10u in the syringe and so on. make sure to turn the vial upside down to not fill your syringe with air, then try to get all the air you can out via flicking the syringe and pushing in on the plunger. also really don't worry about small air bubbles, this is a big misconception that air bubbles in a syringe are dangerous. they are harmless and circulate through your blood stream until it reaches your respiratory system and is exhaled though your breath, so it's not a big deal at all. it's only dangerous when it's about a water bottle of air injected in a matter of seconds, so please don't freak out when you see it

-when you pin you want to first of course wipe the injection site with more alcohol prep pads, then pinch the desired injection site with your clean hands and pin dat shi, it's really that simple. although sometimes, depending on the peptide you want to push in the plunger slowly because it may irritate or burse the area when injecting the peptide too fast, so take your time

where to get me them peps!
-so, you can buy from domestic sources which is very overpriced and not recommended but its good way to start because a lot of these sources are very reliable, you can trust the purity, here are some sources if you'd like
*For Europeans - swisschems- you can find bac water, nootropics, bac water, Sarms, Serms everything you need
*For America - alpha & omega - peptides you can buy just peptides here
*Another American source is ruo.bio- which are decently priced
*it's really not hard you to find sources just look up your peptide on google and go to shopping
-the grey market
*This is a source straight from China so it's extremely cheap, they are conducted usually on telegram or WhatsApp or discord. the biggest issue with these is that it's hard-to-find sources that aren't scams so you have to make sure that it's a popular source that hundreds of people use them. you can find sources on TikTok via GymTok lol, or discords dedicated to peptides, it's not difficult you just have to look around

everything is expensive there, look for some polish pharmacies they have good prices and very cheap delivery

useful thread, will use it in the future
