Yes I know Reta itself doesn’t stunt growth but extreme weight loss can
Gonna start at 1mg of Reta a week but don’t want to lose like 3lb a week,Should I just eat the proper macros while on Reta or what?

Im on 2mg of reta at 17 and honestly it doesnt suppresse hunger that much, you'll still eat enough. Im on hgh tho so maybe thats the difference but hgh doesnt increase that much either. Tbh just hit all your macros and you'll be good, but maintain your normal calories or maybe you can even go slightly above since reta helps with fat loss overall
