Honestly just read the book youll find what you find, some value likely, but it's not super applicable for smv anyway, it was written by a guy who was fed up with business environments, malpractice, and things he felt were out of place within society.

If you'll get anything from it, it'll just be to act more.

And that's true, you should be acting in a manner that deplets women of your attention, so they enjoy it more when exposed to it.

Most basic example, not giving a compliment to them for months, new coworkers, classmate, etc,

Then begin to say something nice to them every week habitually, not habitually enough to be obvious,

remember, they are far more proficient in this game than us, but they are seldom exposed to a real consistent methodology

Read up on dark triad traits, watch Jordan petersons lectures on it, and extract the valuable parts
