I've no idea what tranexamic is.

Use HA in the morning (especially when the weather is humid)
Niacinamide after Retin-A it helps hydrate as well, so you don't even need to use a moisturizer

Accutane and DIY facial peelings are quicker, cheaper, and more drastic results. That's the way I'm going but well I will use this assuming its decent for everyday usage.
