Don't use literal bleach (it's hazardous for skin), but look up some safe white washing methods. And you already have dark hair, so it might work.

Do it at your own peril, since you may end up looking weird. My opinion would be to just stick with your pheno and count your blessings bc you've a great bone structure.

It's just a proper hairstyle away, you're already pale + you've dark hair. Maybe work on your eyebrows with castor oil

Idk if it's placebo but so far 1 day into coconut oil on brows and they look nicer

You have to keep in mind though that this is a niche look that only some girls would be into. You should ask yourself if you want to look like a vampire or if you just want to have girls desire you the way they desire fictional vampires. If it is the latter, I wouldn't do it.

For vampire always skinny, but with visible muscle definition. This will take both diet and weightlifting to achieve.

For general aesthetics the most important thing is to be lean (low bodyfat). After that most important thing is to add muscle. The older you are, the more muscle is ideal. But you get diminishing returns as you add more muscle. You are perfectly fine with the body above. Comparison of 3 physiques here:
