PERSONALITY:
When it comes to his personality, it's really easy, you wanna appear as never trying hard (in nothing). Everything you do and accomplish, you do it without hard work, it naturally comes to you thanks to your naturally skill for everything (even if its not true, you wanna make it so it seems like that).
In that sense, we can see Vinnie Hacker doing almost anything, he can dunk, can skateboard, its good at videogames, good cooking, he KNOWS people have high expectations of him because of the persona he is...
LOOKS:
When it comes to looks, a few years ago we can see him being a skinny, insecure white boy, he needed a change, so he did so.
He understands that even if he already had good bone face structure, it was not enough to be the God he is now, he did "softmaxxing" and "sex-appeal maxxing" so girls of his age would like him even more.
Tattos: You HAVE to tattomaxx, its the peak of sex appeal for young girls, if you have an IQ of over 70, you would know why.
You have to get perfomative tattos but of things you like (animes you like, videogames, pinterest type things) But it has to be appealing, for example: If you like the anime Hunter X Hunter, you are not going to get a tatto of Gon, as he is a 12 yrs old retard boy, but instead you would get a tatto of Chrollo Lucilfer (who girls get wet for).

High Trust maxx: His high trust appearence is what ultimate gives him the charming personality he has, if he had bad coloring, black hair, Elias Deshooter eye area, it would be over. You gotta do everything in your hands in order to make yourself high trust. If a random granny is not telling you "you are so cute you look my grandson" on the street, you are not high trust enough.
