anything possible as a man does roiding for example give me a deeper voice or what? ik it works for trans women but we already have test does increasing it actually affect the voice or we already are at genetic limit.

I am really trying anything tbh ik abt the diaphragm speaking and wtvr is there anything else to actually deepen the voice idk if musicians do some exercises to get lower notes or wtvr that it proven pls i need help

Take test + hum alot (im not go into a deep guide but theres some evidence that humming when uwake up can help)

things like humming and whisper yelling can temporarily make your voice more bass-ey and rough, leading to a deeper voice with more masculine features. that's all I know about that for the most part. you can take test + tren and that would deepen your voice significantly with permanent effects

thank you for the advice i'll most likely take only test not tren im still doing research but after i hop off test will my voice stay deep or it goes back

yes, it will be permanent, look at trannies for example

you may not see much of a change to be honest, tren WILL make your vocal cords thicken which will lead to a deeper voice but I cant promise it will be very significant, but taking test and tren can't hurt, bonemass jfl. look at the tren twins, their voices got deeper from roids. i feel like there's other good ways to voicemaxx like fixing the cadence of your speech as well, so if you dont see much progress then it's not entirely over. we're you a late bloomer? or did you just get fucked with your genetics?

also your voice will naturally settle to be a little deeper the older you get, so who really knows.
