First, you must light 3-4 candles. After the candles have been lit, ensure your room is pitch black. Cover up any blinds with blue-tac/tape.
Then repeat the phrase:

Scalp be strong and follicles bold,

Minoxidil, dutasteride, finasteride near,
guard my hairline year by year.
