how to widen lips (without surgery or palette expander)

My lips are a bit wider then nose but not that noticeably wider. I'm not sure why because my palette is normal-wide and is easily 4.0 cm with multiple measurements. I found a lip widening device in the botb threads but I dont have a 3d printer and I can't find anything that can be bought. Please help i need this

Probably is tbh only things ik that ppl do (I haven’t done any myself) is either devices, micro tears on the corners of lips or expansion.
