SARPE/MSE/EASE or whatever if you want to fix narrow palate and narrow mouth area.

If you only want to fix the mouth width, then lateral commissuroplasty, though it may cause buccal corridors when smiling.

With mouth stretchers, i suppose, right?

I don't recommend this method because it may cause nasolabial folds and the mouth gains are only temporary and it takes months of consistent use to have any.

no non surgical way.
any procedure that widens your maxilla or moces it forward should in theory widen your lips as well, unclear however how significant tha widening would be

you can surgically widen the lips by 2 cuts in the corner of the mouth but obv. unaesthetic scarring risk

if ur lips arent wide u mostl ikely have narrow palate and/or receding maxilla as well.
