Steroid creams can thin the nose though not by much. It might take an alarplasty.

Mouth widening is cope. There are some DIY devices for it that were posted on here but everyone who got gains from it lost it soon after. It's temporary trauma to the face that makes the surrounding soft tissue worse.

You'll find cope semi-permanent solutions, such as DIY 3d printable devices. Bottom line its cope; they don't work long term and have side effects like stretch marks. Here are non-cope solutions.

Mouth Widening:
You could look into MARPE or MSE palatal expanders, where you might gain a few mm, but it would be a valid permanent solution.

Nose slimming:
Rhinoplasty will work fs.
