i feel like im not good enough looking to be able to talk to people and my confidence is 0 dose anyone have any things i can do / what to improve mentality wise

Good entry point is thinking everyone else is an NPC and you're the main character. Just don't do it for too long (ego issues), basically make your brain believe you're confident and you will eventually be. All of this applies if your current confidence levels are shit to begin with in my opinion.

once you realize people dont give a fuck abt you and your actions you could be running butt ass naked and they´d forget abt it after a day ao just do it if ur confident enough woman wont care abt looks bc imagine if there is a 10/10 wich guys will talk to her none so if ur confident its easy that why ugly guys marry gorgeous woman
