High ltn or low mtn, your upper third and lower third are good but your cheekbones/zygos are too wide while your chin is too small compared to them so it looks uncanny as fuck, your phenotype saves you hard, look into bone shaving, debloating and buccal fat removal

the problem isnt fat cheeks. You look pretty lean. You have a wide face + short ramus combo.

Your lip seal could be better (better symmetry) and you have a long midface.

Yeah you're a good candidate definitely. There are some ways to elongate a ramus: chin wing, some variations of BSSO where they cut on the ramus. As for the face width, there is face width reduction which is pretty cheap in korea ive heard
