I'm confused as to how the point add up system works, do you just choose the points from the option you got or add it up with the options that came before it?

If the first, then im at 30 but in that system it seems impossible to get more than 50 if you arent a milionaire celebrity or chad.

If the second option, then im 65, which would make more sense since the tier description resembles me perfectly
