How visible/impactful are (nasal) asymmetries at nighttime raves?

Hey guys,
I have been wondering how much facial asymmetries matter at nighttime raves/festivals, specifically when people are on psychedelics (I've never used drugs so IDK what people 'see' or perceive).
My main issue right now is the fact that I have an alar sidewall concavity / alar collapse due to a cleft lip (I have next to no other cleft markers at all; my lips are fine and I have no scarring). Picture 1 is the alar sidewall which is my issue. Picture 2 is the alar base which is mostly symmetrical. Picture 3 is an overlay of both.

My question is, how visible would this be at nighttime raves? Or rather; I am already planning on getting surgery for it (even if just for breathing potential), so how impactful would the surgery be?
And also, how much does body and bodyfat matter, because I am currently 28% bf with next to no muscle at all. Even though body is just 15% of PSL, how much of a difference does bodyfat itself make? Or rather, how big of an impact would dropping to 12% bf with a V-taper have for nighttime raves?
I am around 5'10-5'11 barefoot and 6'1-6'2 with shoe lifts, so not tall but not short either.

I am currently at the stage where I CAN hook up at these raves/festivals, but not all too frequently. So I'm probably sub5, but not sub3.

Fucking hell man.

If this is a legitimate question you're asking, take the NTpill.

Your asymettrical nose is not the issue.

The fact that you're "28% bf with next to no muscle" is the primary issue.

I think we both knew this.

Mods smite this nigger.
