Being fat is maybe the worst trait that's not fixed in stone (like race or height) to have
On top of destroying every single last drop of beauty on your face, frame and body, any good feature can actually handicap you if you're fat, like i'm at a decent height myself (184cm; 6") and instead of helping me, it just makes me look like a monstruous creature, even having pimples-less clear skin looks weird on you
That's why my focus recently is to get more in shape, starting at 115kg at my absolute worst and currently standing at 95 (255lbs -> 210lbs), i saw some vague change in my looks even tho i'm still fat either way, still feels better tho as my mind is clearer and fatigue hits me softer than before
My goal is to eventually go down to 75kg (165lbs)
Is the way people treat after losing weight that much different than before ? I need to keep coping
