First of alk i started with mewing , then i got 4 premolars extracted and put on braces , i slept without a pillow and kept a correct neck posture. Ate food slowly and chewed properly. Whenever i was not doing anything, i laid down on the bed. Stopped gaming and shit. Dropped down a computer course and pursed chemistry so that i dont have to sit in front of computer all day long. Did meckenzie chin tuck and tried to sing whenever i was free , singing actually activates your tounge posture . And use to swallow a lot.

Okay so the thing is as soon as i got blackpilled and started taking care of myself i started to wear sunscreen and use vit c serums. My skin might not be THAT good irl as u see in that pic in pink t shirt cuz it was taken with a good camera in an appropriate setting with good lighting , but yes my skin has depgimented a lot as compared to my subhuman days. Earlier when i was blupilled af i used to be out in the sun without any care. Drank little to no water. Ate junk rampantly. The clip that u see might be the closest to how i look irl. I have no intention on bleaching my skin tho even if it ascends me . All i am aiming is for a healthier and smoother skin.
