How will the Marpe device change my appearance?

I'm 14, I think I'm at my peak growth, and my growth hormone and testosterone levels are peaking. I think it's time to get the Marpe device. I've attached a profile photo of my face and teeth. I think my teeth are very crooked. I'm interested in hearing your predictions about what and how to change. I live in a country where orthodontic services are not as expensive as in Europe, so I would like to hear other suggestions on what can be installed to widen the jaw and increase the masculinity of the skull.

ngl you need to speedrun getting MARPE / any palate expansion ASAP and keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth

pretty narrow palate that might cause sleep apnea or heavy recession in the future

Thank you for the advice. Surprisingly, I don’t have any problems with nasal breathing, but there is another issue that even a dentist couldn’t explain to me. For about a year now, I’ve noticed that my jaw is constantly tense. I was told that this is bad, but no specific cause was identified. What appliance could an orthodontist prescribe to help raise the cheekbones and reduce the appearance of the nose?
