You can lower gonial angle with implants or chin wing osteotomy. Ramus implants can lower the gonial angle the most.

Yeah but posterior downgraft actually help mandible to rotate more horizontally

Yes its a great thing to get done if your occlusal plane is too steep. I'm getting that done, but it wont change my gonial angle at all, I need ramus jaw angle implants afterwards if I want the gonial angle changed. That or Chin Wing (if your not getting bimax or getting Chin Wing before the bimax)
