How would i go about fixing my asymmetrical eyes?

In this picture especially, u can see how one of my eyes are downturned to hell compared to the other. Any hardmaxxers know how to fix this? I would think some kind of cantho but not sure if a blepharoplasty would be necessary

One side of ur face is probably projected more than the other like mine due to tilted sphenoid

Not fixable I’m pretty sure as it’s a sphenoid issue,

However it doesn’t matter anyway symmetry is a cope only you notice this.
