How would I know if I mouth breathe while sleeping?

Title, excluding a sleep study because I can’t do one of those right now.

I don’t breathe through my mouth at all during the day, though i’m not sure if I do while asleep. I want to figure this out in time in case it’s hindering my development.

Not sure if I can record myself all night because most phones wouldn’t handle the size of the video.

Clamp your lips shut with glue and u won’t

Try using a mouth tape for a few nights and see if you wake up or if it’s uncomfortable. If you dont feel any changes, then you are not mouth breathing.
