I'm 21 and my mandible is underdeveloped. What is the best way I can do to improve this? It makes me legit angry every time I see the recession. I also just got rejected today again RIP by a girl lying about thinking about going to lunch then making an excuse to stop talking to me. RIP

There's several ways.

Palate expander
Mse
Thumbpulling
Chewing
Hard mewing

Last 2 methods work very slowly, so I wouldn't rely on them.

Thumbpulling is a manual way of expanding the palate, but if you're not sure of what you're doing, just don't do it.

The other 2 methods are appliances that you can apply to widen the palate
