I am a LTN, but the disgust comes from the fact I know I could look much better if I fixed certain things.


I agree with you though, this is kind of self-destructive, as it invades my mind completely sometimes. I gave up on having a wife and kids, I gave up on playing guitar and all other hobbies I used to practice.


But then, what do I have left? If we assume I won't rope, I need a reason to wake up tomorrow. That reason can't be going outside or playing the guitar, it has to be something life-changing, like surgery.
