How would you cope in solitary confinement?

Ideal rotmaxxing condition tbh. Only one hour outside of cell per day. Brutal. No human contact, not even with guards, no books unless well behaved, no tv, etc for months on end.

I think it would be nice and peaceful in the beginning but not having any form of human contact over a prolonged period of time would be the worst kind of mental torture.

Read the article. Even the shower is controlled from outside the cell. The outside time is controlled by electronic door, so don't even see guards except for medical checkups and stuff. Brutal.
