How would you feel if you lost a parent of important relative?

Sometimes i think about things like this and get a panic attack, i couldn't imagine seeing my mother, father, unlce, aunt dying in front of me, that would just get me to suicide out of grief, sometimes im jealous of street kids that never had a parent and only had the street to teach them together with other kids

My parent already did. Felt awful, my heart dropped when I found out the news. The next few weeks/months also felt like shit. It gets better, you think about them less often as time goes on but you never really recover.

You can’t really prepare for it either or at least you’ll never truly be ready for it, even if you said your goodbyes and resolved all your conflicts with him/her prior to their death. In my case, my dad died abruptly in his car (cardiac arrest) so I never could prepare.
