Assuming after death will be freedom is admitting the heavenly father of the bible, because why else would you assume your afterlife would be nothing short of hell when this life clearly was not good to you as your first one? Your chances of the afterlife being shit would be pretty high as well, as what are the odds this one turned out like this? ....Thus, your take has to be 'salvation after death' which ultimately leads to those jew manuscripts as they were one of the firsts, if not the first to ever conceptuate the idea.

best choice is to try or attempt to get right with the power that also governs life after death, as much as possible, and to find the way to a good life after death and righteousness. None of these things can be done by a dead person so you must keep on living.

If you were truly dedicated to killing yourself you would do this, as its indication of real/true thoughts and dedications for body death, and a lack of carelessness in procedure.

Plus its a theoretical chance that killing yourself is automatic hell or sin, and that being the last thing you do would be unwise. I should not take such a chance with the greatest moment of my life (when i die). Nor should u take such a chance with your greatest moment, and have suicide be the last thing you do. Too much of a risky gamble and not much of a point or pro since you will die normally anyways.
