Could you do one where my nose is as in the original, and my chin is morphed up to a vertical line from nostril? Do you use Photoshop or?

You're completely right, my hooked nose becomes much more prominent when I smile. I'l probably only get a genio, I don't like the look of most rhinoplasties- and as bluepill as it sounds I think my nose adds ''character'' while my chin is more of an objective defect.

BRo I’m spending thousands trying to get to a profile like yours. That forward grown midface and nasal base area is my dream. My is flat and deflated. Be thankful your midface is so forward. Just get genioplasty, don’t listen to anyone who tells you that you need more than that they’re clinically insane.
