How would you fix this face / these face issues?

I have textbook face issues that always make a male unattractive, namely:

Long-ish face (both neurocranium AND maxilla are at least slightly too long)

Oval jawline that's probably also recessed

Recessed chin

As a result of the above 2, the illusion of having a double chin which really is just the soft tissue not supported by the bone since the bone is recessed

For this issue, does trimax with CCW solve the issue?
