Definitely gonial angle implants. A square jaw would pair well with the rest of his face it would not look uncanny. Maybe rhinoplasty? Can’t tell from the front.

Stubble Probably, could go clean shaven if has good jaw. Even tho Mogger jaw + Stubble could still look nice anyways

Yeah, green and hazel eyes are more common than blue in Greece, I don't know about Italy but probably the same.
