TBH, I removed that bit. Bimax alone will dogmax both YOU and BRUNO

You can move your maxilla to match your lower jaw. But the rest of your midface will not move. I think it will give you a weird look. And the only way to solve this IMO is LeForte II.

However, if you do a bimax, AND on top of that, some kind of paranasal/midface implant...

But im not a specialist in these surgeries

PS. Also, "ascend" will be on overstatement. Maybe in your case a little more than in Bruno's case. He is too ogre to ascend without jaw shaving.

my ortho said I need bimax and that's why I'm obsessed of. Moreover, perfect malloclusion is required to be gl in my eyes. Have u ever seen any gl man with over/underbite? Even 1mm. Inb4 O'pry has proper bite

Yeah, it is harder to pull off the underbite. Dolph Lundgren is one example. You have to stick with "masculinity" if you want to pull it off. So, your face kinda contradicts it, since you are more of a pretty-boy type

But the question is: are you sure you will ascend to Chad with it?

Maybe it is better to stay non-chad, just enjoy your life, instead of risking a surgery like bimax? After all, as HTN as you are now, you can do pretty much anything idk...

Long story, but I do not participate in "usual" acitvities of my colleagues like floorball, cause they are too dumb, and I have chronic pain. This precludes me having a lot of active fun in my life...

I m more into shit no one does in my circle: languages, board games, stats, etc. Would add manga, but im too ashamed to admit this at my age to anyone

For me this place is more of a procrastination place though... and surprisingly the place where i get some info about plastic surgery, though not perfect

Maybe. I think I can get another picture of this skull without the implants. From what I remember, this person did look great afterward. Also, this guy's gonials actually came back inward into the neck a bit. So, this is just another example of something that could work. Look at the line with the cheeks and you can see that they are even. So, in theory, they are not too wide.

Maybe you don't need implants that look like these. It is a mistake to compare other people's needs to yours.

Designs alone mean nothing without measuring the patient's face and understanding their specific needs and want.

Naturally, your new design (the one you showed me yesterday) will give you less "concavity or hollowness because it is smaller than your current one.

I believe you are approaching your design from the wrong angle.

You can never design implants on simple suggestions - this is how people get into trouble in the first place.

Your design isn't good or bad. It's just not a good idea to suggest things without seeing the person. You can not know what's needed until you truly study the person's needs.
