This is pretty helpfull actually, after some research for the prodecures I want to get (fat grafting) the bad cases are extremely low but I still don't know about implants man, shit is so invasive and I have nothing but respect if you have balls to do such thing

I don't think infection is surgeon dependant, it is about the material used in surgery and how body reacts to it, I am not sure tho
