Intro:
You may not realize that the start to all ur problems is in your head. This is natural since our brain has the tendency to create distractions which are used to discourage us from reaching out full potential look at it as a blockage. For instance anxiety, depression, guilt and many other emotions that effect how you interact with others. Many real life factors determine what your brain replicates. A up-beat song might make you feel good and confident, a good movie might have a personal impact on your life. Especially if you relate to the character
CHAPTER 1: Stop Victimizing yourself
Truth is, nobody is coming to save you. Everyone is going through something in their life. With the evolution of media and materialism where people constantly compare themselves to others most people became self centered thus making them victimize themselves in the process. To further my point I will be posting a image under this message
There's a lot we can take away from this, for one him having a anime girl profile is already proof that he is used to feminization
(Quick Edit: also realized he called his frame feminine so that just proves my point even more JFL)
1. There is a lot of short people that can still get relationships
2. Him saying he's schizo, personality disorder and has adhd is all false. I highly doubt he's even diagnosed he's just trying to sound cool but it makes him look corny
3. Nothing wrong with being ethnic since all races has moggers
What I'm trying to take away is that your brain is a literal sponge. These are the same people that wonder why they can't get a girlfriend but they already
Installed into their mind the idea that they aren't good enough?
CHAPTER 2: The eternal and the external conscious
So there is many things in life we can physically control like our body which is the external conscious but then there are things working behind the scenes such as the information we take and implement into our lives. This is the eternal conscious something that naturally happens without us fully realizing it. I want to talk about these two thought/action processes and how it ultimately effects the way you interact with people. Like I said before, our brain is a sponge taking any form of information possible and implying it to our lives. So whatever you indulge in will become a direct reflection that people will see. Someone who watches pornagraphy may find themselves desensitized to female interaction or love in general, Someone who indulges in violent media may become impulsive later on in life. It's the little things that we tend to rub off that ends up having a long lasting effect on how people see us.
CHAPTER 3: Your friends are reflections of your self so essentially you are nothing
This is the truth despite how much you may deny it. Behavior is addicting not much can be said about this since it truly is self explanatory. What I will add is that your personality can switch depending on which friend you hang around which is why I said you are nothing. There is no real personality there is no real you. If you want to figure out who you are as a person what do you think about in your spare time? Then take a moment out of your day to reflect on who you are as an individual since there’s no friends around to imitate
Now that you realize most of the problems you face today comes from the thoughts you fill in your head consider the problems to already be halfway solved.
