Nope. Eating 3500 calories on a dirty bulk and running a PPL split 5-6 days per week consistently. Ive always had an ecto-meso build, natuarlly lean and athletic. Shit acne genes tho4 months? Are you roiding by any chance?

58kg i was literally starving. Barely ate, dehydrated etc. My current weight is bloated, if my stomach was empty like in the before I would be like 65kg. But I couldnt find the time to eat clean and intake enough calories. Hence I switched to dirty bulking. My job is high cardio, hence Im eating around 3500+ calories atm + also being naturally lean and high metabolism. I was the kid at school everyone thought was weak but was ironically strong for my size due to having low bf naturally.

If this is 14%, then I'm 20%.I did a similar transformation without roids just from 6x day PPL, tracking calories almost everyday and living as healthy as i can, it is possible but its so rare because not many people get training right from the start and have good genes.
Also i would guess 14% bf

I have 6.5 inch wrists and 8 inch ankles. Im not big irl, i have good proportionsNormally you should be a fat balloon after eating 3500 calories at your weight. Thats around 1k above your need.
Also 67kg at 5'10 should usually look like a skinny piece of paper.
