I'm 5'10 67kg been gymmaxing for 4 months.

Nope. Eating 3500 calories on a dirty bulk and running a PPL split 5-6 days per week consistently. Ive always had an ecto-meso build, natuarlly lean and athletic. Shit acne genes tho:(. Here's my weight tracked so far.

probably in the 12% range if you claim lighting/angle fraud. the main thing holding back your physique is the acne tbh

Nope. Eating 3500 calories on a dirty bulk + good lighting and angles + small joints make me look bigger than I am. Shit acne genes tho:(. Here's my weight trackes so far.
Sadly there is not much you can do about acne on your back, other than accutane OR getting lucky with a good diet. Most of the time diet for acne is cope though.
 
That's average if you train seriously for 4 month
Training hard consistently for 5-6 days per week, never missed a session and eating a fuck ton of food
 
Yeah thats the compromise im making. I just dont have the time/money to eat clean and high calories so Ive been dirty bulking. I did make a thread today about taking accutane and if it is worth it tho, since my skin is seriously failo me right now.

Curls idk. My bench is 3 sets of 8 of 75kg (max is 90kg) OHP max is 55kg, aim for 3 sets of 8-10 on 40kg. Squat I do 5 sets of 5 of 100kg (beltless).

heres my before at 58kg. TBH tho this mirror makes me look narrower (my bathroom mirror vs gym bathroom mirror in after photos).

you dont just build 10kg of lean mass in just 4 months not possible unless muscle memory. Even Hollywood actors don't claim that ridiculous number :feelsuhh:

58kg i was literally starving. Barely ate, dehydrated etc. My current weight is bloated, if my stomach was empty like in the before I would be like 65kg. ALso ive clearly gained a little fat.
 
Thing is i started off eating clean. But I couldnt find the time to eat clean and intake enough calories. Hence I switched to dirty bulking. My job is high cardio, hence Im eating around 3500+ calories atm + also being naturally lean and high metabolism. I was the kid at school everyone thought was weak but was ironically strong for my size due to having low bf naturally.

Im susceptible to bacne. High calorie, high dairy dirty bulking diet has brought on my acne. IDK how else to prove im natty brother.

Also this is my physique bulking I've never been on a cut. I cannot gain fat despite eating like crap. Probably something to do with going thru puberty late or thyroid idk. I look young for my age

I did a similar transformation without roids just from 6x day PPL, tracking calories almost everyday and living as healthy as i can, it is possible but its so rare because not many people get training right from the start and have good genes.

Also i would guess 14% bf

Normally you should be a fat balloon after eating 3500 calories at your weight. Thats around 1k above your need.
Also 67kg at 5'10 should usually look like a skinny piece of paper.

Tricep pushdowns: 4x15
Incline dumbbell press: 3x10
Side lateral raises: 3x20
Bodyweight dips: AMRAP for 3 sets
Ab crunches: AMRAP depends how I feel

PULL:
lat pulldown: 3x12
Bicep curls 3x10
Face pull 3x20
Seated cable rows 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10

squats: heavy 3x5 parallel, then light at 3x10 ATG paused
