How's Titanium as a cheekbone/infraorbital implant?! Is it better than silicone or PEEK?

Titanium's a group 4 metal. I'm not sure about which type or isotope they use for implants (if not the real thing) but i've heard it MAY cause vision loss and a constant overflow of tears. Even though i'm no fully sure on this, i'd suggest you go for silicone ones instead as they are more popular.
