I guess it depends on your definition of HQNP, then.
If you need her to be barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen on your farm in Nebraska yes, she does not exist in the west. In fact the HQNPs I identified in the OP (Harvard virgin girls) have extremely slow life history, they will want to have a career and have fewer children later in their life.
