HTN can‘t pull MTB

3 years ago I had a crush on a girl in my class. Unfortunately I was a fat Sub5 and bluepilled af. I thought if I confess my feelings she will like me, so I did this. But she declined me 2 times and I thought fuck this.
I was depressed and got into the redpill, which didn‘t work out. I was still fas but made money and got strong in the gym.
Then I got into blackpill and looksmaxxing, ascended to MTN and somehow a friendship formed between me and her. This was going on for half a year, and she was always looking for guys like me (I own a business and make a good amound of money for a highschool student and am quite jacked).

3 months ago I was on the verge of ascending to HTN and I thought fuck it and asked her out on a date. She already wanted to dance at prom with me and the Vibe was there. She said no since she was talking to another guy (he is MTN) and I completely ignored her and used the momentum to ascend to HTN.
I proceeded to date some other people and Ignored her completely over the course of 2.5 Months. She broke up with the other guy and begged me to talk to her, which I unfortunately did. She then told me HOW FUCKING MUCH SHE VALUED THE FRIENDSHIP WE HAD AND WANTS IT BACK! WTF have I done wrong?

Now we still will dance at prom but we barely talk at school. Since this week was the last of class and we are now preparing for our finals, I will only see her at the finals and the dancing lessons our school provides and prom itself.

She says I am her type but proceeds to friendzone me. She asks me if we can go to the gym together and replies to my instagram stories from the gym and glazes my physique but then proceeds to friendzone me.
WTF am I doing wrong guys? Is it over for me?

We’re all insecure to some degree-there’s nothing wrong with that.
It’s perfectly rational to think you do better by improving your appearance, assuming all other factors stay relatively constant.

But in this case, you're complaining about a specific situation where it doesn’t make sense to you that she only sees you as a friend, even though you believe you're more attractive than she is.
That’s a logical mistake. You're assuming every woman will respond the same way-which just isn’t realistic.
There may be a general tendency, sure, but there are no guarantees.
