you realistically won't be htn without surgery, you would need a DJS and a rhino, u will be solid mtn when ur lean and fix ur hair which isn't bad tho

You're young and fat so its kinda hard to tell, but first step is you need to lean down.

Eye area looks really good but your nose and lower third nerfs, but getting lean may make your nose look better.
I think the best way to ascend would be hgh as it would grow your nose and lengthen your lower third, and force some more forward growth.
