Huge appetite, it this second puberty?

When i used to bulk i was forcing myself to eat as i don't have strong appetite and it was easy for me to fast for 16-20h daily.
I am now 15-17% bf and i started to cut before 3 weeks and after 1 week i started to have huge appetite, i am still hungry even eating my meal

Is this a sign of second puberty? I am underdevloped due to malnourishing myself in puberty prime
Is this finally my chance to asscend?
