[Humilation] Puked today in training

It was sunny,i hadnt' eaten and it was a bit rought,and on the last lap i gave up,went on the side,put 2 fingers and i puked
I feel better now,but everyone saw me puke,coaches too
Next training on Wednesday,need to recover to a state.
