so i wanna lose fat on my face+body but i can't control what i wanna eat specially at night bc i wake up in the middle of the night and eat everything and im afraid it will obese if i keep this shit going my bones are good but the fat is hide biggest part of it and i only see it good light...

eat slow drink plenty of water aswell eat while watching if it works if no js ozempicmax

Try Greek yogurt at night it’s low cal good for gut health and makes u feel good after eating it good protein nd calcium

i search up about youghurt and that makes you test lower.About the vitamins and supplements i bought a lot a d3 k1 k2 and calcium and all b vitamin
