Hunger relation to horomones

Why do i suddenly have a constant appetite like no matter if i get a full days meal and food. Could this be related to HGH or IGF-1 Increase? I recently grew 1/2 an inch so im assuming that supports my assumption.
I feel full internally but i still have a appetite
