meat, honey, fruits, eggs, and raw dairy. Mostly meat and fruits though.

people act like carbs are the devil and then they find out that hunter gatherers eat an average of 2.4k calories of almost pure honey while foraging.

Yes they weren't smart enough to make it themselves
I heard eating the honeycomb is one of the most healthy things

What about white rice & bread ? Legit impossible to cut these out they are to versatile
