Hydrocortisone and volufiline questions

I just picked up some hydrocortisone and volufiline. The hydrocortisone is for my nose, and the volufiline is for the undereye.

1. Can you be in the sun with hydrocortisone on? I know you can’t sunbathe after using hydrocortisone, but can I go outside / be out of the house with in on, or should I just apply it at night?

2. The volufiline I got is ‘concentrated,’ and the product advises that you put 1 or 2 drops in your lotion or whatever. Can I use the volufiline on my undereye without diluting? is undiluted volufiline damaging?

Sorry, when trying to find clinical research about volufiline this was the first one, I thought the lip plumping had volufiline, I can’t even find the ingredients for that trial
